A gd-… key comes with credit in USD. Charging is by actual token usage, until the credit runs out.
Keys do not expire. Remaining credit is preserved regardless of how often you use the key.
If the bot offers a custom package, you can enter the amount yourself. Top up an active key through API → Top up my key; the gd-… value stays the same.
