This Policy describes what data the Guard AI service (website guard-api.shop, bot @subscribe_ai_bot) processes and how it is used. By starting to use the Service, you agree to this Policy.
- Telegram ID and username — to identify the order and for contact.
- Order and payment data — the fact and amount of payment, the payment method, the issued keys.
- API request metadata — model, token count and cost; needed for billing and the dashboard.
- We do not request passport data or tax IDs and do not perform identity verification (KYC).
- Providing access to the models and billing it.
- User support and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring security and preventing abuse.
- Reasonable technical protection measures are applied: an encrypted HTTPS/TLS channel, while the gateway authenticates API keys by hash.
You can request information about your data or its deletion by messaging support — to the extent that does not conflict with legal and billing requirements.
The Policy may be updated; the current version is always available at guard-api.shop.
