These Terms govern the use of the Guard AI service (website guard-api.shop, bot @subscribe_ai_bot). By paying for access, you fully accept these Terms.
The service provides paid access to the Claude, Kimi, Composer and Grok model families via an API key in the gd-… format and the address api.guardrelay.ai. Access is provided "as is".
- A
gd-…key is personal. You are responsible for keeping it safe. - The 5/7/8 inactivity rule applies to every key: the bot sends reminders on day 5 and day 7 without use; after 8 days the key is revoked and remaining credit is lost. Use or top-up resets the inactivity counter.
- The live @subscribe_ai_bot catalog shows current payment methods and package amounts before checkout.
- After payment, credit is added to the key and is spent as the models are used.
- On a confirmed API downtime of ≥ 48 hours — on request, a refund to the bot balance or issuance of a new key is possible.
- In other cases, paid and issued access is non-refundable.

- Use the Service within the law and applicable model-provider policies.
- Do not resell or transfer access to third parties without the Administration's consent.
Access may be suspended in case of abuse, breach of the terms, or as required by law.
- The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results from using the models.
- The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, except as provided by law.
The Terms may change; the current version is published at guard-api.shop.
