These Terms govern the use of the Guard AI service (website guardrelay.ai, bot @guardapi). By paying for access, you fully accept these Terms.
The service provides paid access to Claude, Kimi, GLM, Gemini, Muse, Composer, Grok, and Codex through a gd-… API key and api.guardrelay.ai. GLM also uses /glm/v1; Codex uses /codex/v1. Access is provided as is.
- A
gd-…key is personal. You are responsible for keeping it safe. - Keys do not expire. Remaining credit is preserved regardless of how often you use the key.
- The live @guardapi catalog shows current payment methods and package amounts before checkout.
- After payment, credit is added to the key and is spent as the models are used.
- On a confirmed API downtime of ≥ 48 hours — on request, a refund to the bot balance or issuance of a new key is possible.
- In other cases, paid and issued access is non-refundable.

- Use the Service within the law and applicable model-provider policies.
- Do not resell or transfer access to third parties without the Administration's consent.
Access may be suspended in case of abuse, breach of the terms, or as required by law.
- The Service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results from using the models.
- The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, except as provided by law.
The Terms may change; the current version is published at guardrelay.ai.
